Brenda Posada is currently an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Steven R. Jacobsen and is of counsel to Sterns & Walker.  Ms. Posada handles all phases of personal injury litigation, from preparing clients for depositions and drafting researched memoranda on various issues of law, to successfully handling arbitrations, mediations, hearings and civil trials.  Her work has resulted in successful settlement recoveries for her clients in the millions of dollars.

Ms. Posada maintains an emphasis in automobile, asbestos and aviation litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States.  She presented oral argument before Florida's Third District Appellate Court and succeeded in overturning a lower state court decision.  She has deposed witnesses, conducted investigations, and developed factual evidence in Mexico and Costa Rica.

Ms. Posada is the former Vice-President of Communications for San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association and a former Co-Editor of the San Francisco Barristers Law Journal.  She is the author of "A Deceased Plaintiff's Right to Pain and Suffering Damages: Til Death Do Us Part?", which appeared in the August 1993 edition of the San Francisco Barrister Law Journal.
